We drove to Los Chiles to take a boat trip in bRío Frío/b. We learned about the local flora and fauna. The st udents were able to see Caymans, crocs, Jesus Christ lizards, many bird species and Howler monke ys (check out our pics and video of the howlers)! ... We then headed back to la Fortuna to do some shopping in town and headed back to the bhotel/b to rest for an hour before heading to the back side of the Arenal Volcano to catch some lava flowing down. ...
